Throughout the year, Jacobsen Salt Co.’s Salt Fire Water event series, presented by Williams-Sonoma Open Kitchen with Ingredient Sponsor World Foods and Contributing Sponsor Nicky USA/Nicky Farms, will bring adventurous lovers of good food, drink, and community together to share exceptional culinary and communal experiences. Each event is centered around a communal feast in a casual yet upscale food hall setting at the our headquarters here in Portland’s Central Eastside Industrial District. The events will feature prominent Jacobsen Salt Co. and Bee Local chef customers both from Portland and other cities around the country. Each event will serve 75-100 guests and the $65 ticket prices include food, drink, entertainment, service charges, and gratuity.
