Add a pinch of sea salt to a cup of water to rehydrate after a long hike or in the morning to make sure you are well hydrated before you start the day. Using just a little of our hand-harvested pure sea salt will assist with the absorption of water and minerals as well as restoring salt levels after a long day of sweating.

“If you’re like my family, it’s not a camping trip without pancakes,” says our marketing manager, Briana Danner. These days, she enhances her mom’s family recipe with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of coffee salt. You can also use the honey to sweeten camp tea or coffee while the coffee salt is perfect on that steak cooked over the fire pit.
