Great food is about the people who made it, the land it came from, and with whom you share it.

Outstanding in the Field (OITF) brings the story of food to life. Their mission is to re-connect diners to the land and the origins of their food, and to honor the local farmers and food artisans who cultivate it. It's a roving culinary adventure – literally a restaurant without walls.

Together, we teamed up with Chef Matt Sigler of Renata at our Saltworks in Netarts and paired America's finest elemental cooking ingredients with the freshest produce and seafood from the Oregon Coast.
