Inspired by Colu Henry and her recently published cookbook, Back Pocket Pasta, we decided to take staff lunch into our own hands.

Ben Jacobsen and Megan Arambul, our CEO and Creative Director, made a delicious dish called Cacio E Pepe- you can find it on page 75 of Back Pocket Pasta. Ben and Megan added their own spin from meals they cook at home to this dish, and topped it with roasted asparagus and roasted cauliflower.

We don't want to give the whole recipe away, but we will say cheese and pasta- where can you go wrong? 

We were lucky enough to have Kari Young, a.k.a. @meatballssmama, and Emily Krause join us and take some beautiful shots.
