An easy, summer breezy way to enjoy our limited release seasoning with Sebastiano’s, these spiced almonds are a winning accompaniment to any charcuterie board, that latest U-Pick fruit haul, or the spritz of your choosing.

- 1 pound raw almonds
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp Jacobsen Co. Calabrian Chili Garlic Seasoning, plus more to taste
- Trapani Pure Italian Fine Sea Salt, to taste
- sesame seeds, to garnish
Preheat oven to 325°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large aluminum bowl, whisk the egg white to a soft peak. Gently fold in the almonds until evenly coated. Season liberally with Jacobsen Co. Calabrian Chili Garlic Seasoning and a good pinch of Trapani Pure Italian Fine Sea Salt. Spread the almonds on prepared baking sheet trying to avoid them touching each other. Sprinkle almonds with sesame seeds and roast for 10-15 minutes, or until the almonds have turned golden brown.
Remove nuts from oven and allow to cool. Once they've stopped cracking, they're ready to eat!
