This sweet & spicy Cardamom Chai from Tea Bar features fresh green cardamom, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves and organic black tea. Any of our raw honeys would be a great addition, but we especially liked our Jacobsen Co. Smoked Wildflower Honey for its earthy sweetness.
Yields 1, 12oz serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 tbsp Tea Bar Cardamom Chai
- 1– 2 tsp Jacobsen Co. Smoked Wildflower Honey
- 12oz milk of choice (we used oat milk)
PROCESS
In a saucepan, bring milk and tea to a simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Strain out tea and sweeten with Jacobsen Co. Smoked Wildflower Honey.
