Inventory Planner

Portland, OR

General Description: The Inventory Planner is a full-time position with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain an accurate and adequate inventory of materials and products across all sales channels (wholesale, e-commerce, retail, etc.)
  • Manage incoming inventory items, inventory builds, and outgoing finished goods inventories
  • Enter all receiving paperwork and product assembly builds into inventory system
  • Weekly and daily cycle counts
  • Analyze inventories to determine inventory imbalances
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures
  • Support purchasing/supply chain by managing inventory sites and reviewing upcoming demands
  • Pull sales order reports to prepare for sales growth and peak seasons


  • Experience or working knowledge of inventory/inventory systems
  • Experience purchasing, shipping/receiving, maintaining or transferring of inventories
  • QBE Inventory experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced warehouse environment
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
