Jacobsen Salt Co. makes 12 different types of pure and flavored sea salts at the Jacobsen Saltworks on the Oregon Coast. The classic pure sea salts are hand-harvested, hand-graded, and hand-packaged. Some of the pure sea salt is reserved to create flavored/infused sea salts using the highest quality ingredients available - from our own fermented black garlic to Tahitian vanilla bean to Oregon pinot noir.
Our Salt of the Month Club makes it easy for members to try and cook with every one of these delicious salts - bringing your culinary prowess to the next level and adding extra layers of flavor and nuance to your everyday and special occasion cooking. AND, each salt is conveniently delivered right to your door, complete with tasting notes, recipe suggestions, and a full-length recipe with each shipment.
