Furikake loosely means “sprinkle” and is a staple in many Japanese home kitchens. This recipe starts with our pure kosher sea salt harvested from the pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. We then add Wadaman sesame seeds, dulse and a touch of dried mushrooms and sugar. Liberally sprinkle over rice, popcorn, eggs or tofu.
