Please submit your order inquiry form at least 3-4 weeks before your desired delivery date to allow us to ensure inventory and processing time.

Group gifting orders require a minimum of 25 recipients.

Our discount tiers begin at 50+ recipients and are as follows: 

50-99 recipients: 10% off

100-149 recipients: 15% off

150+ recipients: 20% off

Available on orders of 50+ recipients, you can include a gift note for $2/recipient. Note may include company logo and a custom message (200 character max). Logo requirements: 500x500 PNG file.

We do not include gift wrapping at this time, but all group gifting orders will arrive in specialty branded gift boxes or mailers.

All payments are made by credit card via a secure link. Please note that items will not be shipped until payment is received.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with transit time between 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are a flat rate of $10/recipient.

If you know a recipient cannot receive USPS delivery, please contact hello@jacobsensalt.com.

Tracking numbers can be sent upon request.
