We currently do not accept returns for opened or unopened product, as it is not safe for us to let items re-enter our warehouse and food processing facility once they have been received by a customer. If you are looking to return a product that was purchased from one of our partner retailers, please reach out to that retailer specifically, as we are not able to assist with orders that were not purchased directly from us.
Product that is damaged, either from origin or in transit, to a degree which would be unsafe for consumption may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Photo documentation is required.
Lost packages may be eligible for replacement or refund only upon a successful carrier claim. Our common carriers are UPS and USPS. UPS claims may be submitted 24 hours after estimated delivery date. UPS Claims take 10 business days for resolution. USPS claims may be submitted 15 days after ship date. USPS claims take 5-7 business days for resolution.
