A tasty take on the classic dip, "3-2-1" isn’t just a countdown to the moment you can enjoy it – it’s also a reminder of how many essential ingredients you need to make it.

While this recipe calls for Black Garlic Salt, feel free to swap in (or add) your favorite infusion, like Habanero Salt, for a little kick.

Process

In preparation for mixing, juice two limes* and set aside. 

*This recipe goes a little heavy on the acid, so feel free to use only one lime or adjust to taste. 

Dice the shallot and chop the fresh cilantro. Next, slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a mixing bowl before mashing with a fork. Add the lime juice, diced shallot, cilantro, Black Garlic Salt to taste (I recommend around ¾ Tbsp) and freshly ground Tellicherry Peppercorns. Serve with chips and you’re ready to enjoy!
