House Special Seasoning

One of our favorite "hot tips" for elevating any snack is adding our own seasoning to things that typically come pre-flavored, such as chips and crackers. This recipe calls for the smoky, sweet heat of House Special Seasoning (perfect for pairing with our Pizza Dip, Deviled Crab Salad, or Korean BBQ-Inspired Dip), but it's easily riffable with any of the seasonings in our lineup.

Process

Preheat oven to 275°F and line two sheet trays with parchment paper.

In the meantime, combine oil and House Special Seasoning in a bowl, then add the crackers and gently toss until evenly coated. Lay the crackers on the prepped sheet trays, evenly spaced out.

Bake the crackers for 15-20 minutes, depending on the type of crackers you used (thinner ones will bake faster, while thicker ones, like saltines, will take longer). Check on the crackers occasionally and rotate halfway through for even baking.

When finished, set aside to cool before serving with your favorite dip.
