Makes 1 Casserole in a 9" oval baking dish

Process

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9" oval baking dish with oil.

In a bowl, combine room-temperature cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning, then set aside. In another bowl, combine tomato puree and the remaining 2 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning.

To layer, spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the baking dish, then sprinkle half of the parmesan and half of the shredded mozzarella. Add all of the tomato puree mixture, then repeat layering with the remaining half of the parmesan and shredded mozzarella before finishing with the sliced pepperoni.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden and the pepperonis are crisp on the edges. Top with a generous drizzle of honey and serve warm with House Special Seasoned Crackers
