It’s (sumo) citrus season and we’ve got your new favorite way to enjoy them-chocolate-covered sumo slices! This treat is as satisfying as it is easy. Dip, set and enjoy!
Process
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
Once melted, dip sumo slices and lay flat on parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set.
