This simple tomato salad is an ode to late summer produce. Bright sungold tomatoes are tossed with olive oil and topped with fresh basil and a finishing sprinkle of Yuzu Salt to bring a tart yet floral boost of flavor. An easy side dish for the transitional season.
Process
