Cold Brew
  • 80g coarsely ground coffee
  • 2 cups water
  • Lemon peel of 1 lemon

  • ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbs Raw Honey
  • ½ tsp Infused Lemon Zest Salt
Garnish
  • Raw Honey for drizzling

A super easy summertime recipe created to elevate cold brews with a refreshing lemony zing. I looove how the sweet, salty lemon cream balances perfectly with a lemon cold brew, making it an ideal drink for hot days. The addition of Infused Lemon Zest Salt amplifies the flavors, while raw honey provides a subtle sweetness. It’s a delightful blend that transforms a simple cold brew into a summer favorite.

Process

Cold Brew

In a sealable container, steep coffee grounds overnight with 2c water and lemon zest.

The next day, filter out the grounds and zest using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter.

Lemon Salted Cold Foam

Using a hand whisk, whisk heavy whipping cream, Jacobsen honey, and Jacobsen lemon salt together into a loose soft peak consistency.

How to enjoy

Add ice to serving glasses, pour cold brew first then top with Lemon Salted Cold Foam.

Garnish by drizzling honey atop with a light sprinkling of lemon salt and the lemon zest, and enjoy!
