Important Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
Due to reduced shipping capacity and an increase in online orders, please note that orders may experience processing and shipping delays.
Once you place your online order, we process and then ship it from our Portland Headquarters. If you've selected standard or priority shipping, please allow up to five (5) business days processing time for your order. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to orders $100+ within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international shipping or expedited shipping.
Where can I find my order number?
You will be sent a confirmation email that includes your order number upon completing your purchase.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! We ship internationally, but usually shipping costs are much higher due to tariffs and import taxes.
My order contains a pre-order item, when will it ship?
If made available, pre-orders usually ship 1-2 business days before the official release date of an item, but no earlier. In the rare instance that you have still not received a shipment confirmation email by the release date, please contact us at email@example.com.
My order contains other items along with a pre-order item, why haven't my other products shipped?
If your order contains both pre-order and non-preorder items, the entire order will ship in full when the pre-order item becomes available. We are unable to split shipments or ship other items separately. If you would like additional items shipped before the release date of a pre-order product, please place two separate orders for these items.
Do you accept returns?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns. All of our products are meant for consumption and it is not safe for us to let items re-enter our warehouse and food processing facility once they have been received by a customer. If you have questions about refunding or replacing items from a recent order, please reach out to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please also note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds/replacements if our items were purchased from another retailer. Please reach out to their customer service team for any help with your order.
