This microlot honey is harvested from our 20-hive apiary at Zidell Yards. Nestled under the Ross Island Bridge along a recently rewilded section of the Willamette River, this area embodies our port city’s rich history. Read more about our Portland riverfront apiary here. 

As always with our raw honey, it's single-origin, sustainably harvested, and never treated, blended, or ultra-filtered. This year's harvest is deep in amber hue and sweet with delicate acidity and notes of warm spice.
