We love a snacky plate - they're easy to riff on (depending on what's in your fridge!) and even easier to assemble (look how effortly pretty it can be!). Think of this non-recipe recipe as a guide to delicious possibilities. It uses just-ripe figs, creamy burrata, crunchy pistachios, and the sweet/salty duo of Raw Carrot Flower Honey and Pure Flake Sea Salt - best enjoyed paired with your favorite carb.

Process
Plating this recipe is about play. Bringing together delicious ingredients that are also beautiful is an opportunity to plate intuitively.
For some guidance, drain and keep the burrata out of the fridge for 30 minutes*.
Place the burrata on a plate. Slice the figs and arrange them around the burrata (along with the optional honeycomb), then drizzle the dish with olive oil and Raw Carrot Flower Honey. Finish with the chopped pistachios and a generous sprinkle of Pure Flake Sea Salt.
*The best way to enjoy burrata is when it's closer to room temperature, so it's nice and creamy.
