Steak Seasoning

We created our seasonings to make everyday cooking the easiest and tastiest it could possibly be. When it comes to steak, our pure kosher sea salt and cracked tellicherry peppercorns do an amazing job, but our Jacobsen Co. Steak Seasoning takes it to the next level. It’s important to choose a quality steak, no matter which cooking method you choose. We recommend ordering from Snake River Farms for their quality cuts and sustainable approach.

Serves 2-4

PROCESS

Remove steaks from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature, about 20-40 minutes depending on thickness. While steaks are tempering, preheat grill to medium-high. When you are ready to cook the steaks, apply a thin coat of oil to the steaks on all sides and generously season with Jacobsen Co. Steak Seasoning.

Place on preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the steaks release from the grate. If there is resistance, let the steaks cook for a little longer before turning over. Cook steaks for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until steak reaches desired temperature in the table below. Increase cooking time on each side by a couple minutes for thicker steaks.
