We strongly subscribe to the adage that you “eat with your eyes first,” and this easy honey and blackberry-infused* whipped butter immediately makes meals better with its vibrant hue.

Spread it over warm baked goods (like an English muffin!), pancakes and waffles, or go wild and use it on roasted sweet potatoes and carrots. No matter what, this two-stick recipe will disappear so quickly, you’ll wonder if it melted away.

*This recipe is easily customizable with any berries or softened fruit of your choosing - like strawberries and peaches.

Process

In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip the butter, blackberries and Pinot Noir Salt until smooth. Serve immediately with a drizzle of Raw Blackberry Honey and a generous pinch of more Pinot Noir Salt.

If you don’t have an electric mixer or prefer a composed slab of butter, add ingredients to a bowl and gently mix until combined. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log. Chill the butter for at least two hours to set before cutting and serving.
