Our Steak Seasoning isn't just for the grill! This nut mix uses our honey and classic seasoning blend to create a delectable balance of sweet and savory that guests won't be able to get enough of.
2 pounds of mixed raw nuts (we used pecans, hazelnuts, almonds and cashews)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Jacobsen Salt Co. Steak Seasoning, plus more to taste
4 tablespoons Bee Local Oregon High Desert Honey
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Toss nuts with olive oil in a large bowl. Add steak seasoning and mix until evenly coated. Spread nuts on prepared baking sheets and roast for 10 minutes, tossing once after 5-7 minutes.
Remove sheets from oven and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of honey per baking sheet and toss. Bake for another 5 - 10 minutes until nuts turn golden brown. Watch closely as mixture can burn easily and will continue to roast once removed from the oven.
Remove nuts from oven and add more steak seasoning or honey if necessary. Let cool before serving.
